Well, it’s the drainage system that is underground, as the name very well implies. A combination of pipe lengths and fittings, including bends, junctions, and other fittings to change the pipe’s direction or adapt it to another system, make up the drainage system. Because it is typically used to transport wastewater (also known as grey water) or foul water directly to the sewage treatment facility, underground drainage is also known as the sewage system. The drainage of rainwater into a soakaway system or watercourse is another application for this system.
