The calculation is simple. Cement has a density of 1400kg cubic metre.  So a 50 kg packet of cement will have a volume of 0,034722 cubic metres or 34,7 22litres.  However, i need to understand why you want this information, because if it is to work out a mixture for concrete or mortar then you should rather use proportions of the pocket of cement to sand and stone ratios for the mix design.
Eg x buckets of sand plus y buckets of stone to one pocket of cement will give you a concrete mix that will give the required strength concrete.

Unit Weight (Density) of Cement in loose condition = 1440kg/m3 …….. (1)

We know that, Density = Mass/Volume

Therefore, Volume = Mass/Density …….. (2)

Mass of 1 Bag cement = 50Kg …….. (3)

Dividing equation (3) by (1) ,

Volume in Cum = 50/1440

0.034722 Cum

Volume in Liters = 0.034722 x 1000 = 34.722 Lit.

i.e., 35 Liters

Converting Cum to Cft by multiplying 35.3147

We get,

Volume in Cft = 0 .0347 x 35.314 = 1.22539

1.225Cft
